Why It’s Important To Find The Right Pillow For You
Do you get neck pain? Are you getting 8 hours of sleep? Do you wake up feeling exhausted?

Your pillow should supply your neck with support and comfort. By sleeping on the wrong pillow you can cause shoulder & neck pain, muscle tightness and headaches. If your pillow is too low or too high, this may cause your neck & muscle to bend too far, stretching one side of the neck and lengthening the other. This is not an ideal position to sleep in for 8 hours a night.
To find the right pillow for you will be determined by the way your sleep and your body composition:
– If you are a side sleeper, you may need a slightly higher pillow to maintain your neutral spine position
– If you have broad shoulders you might need to go a little higher
– If your a back sleeper you may need a slightly lower pillow to ensure the neck is not in a flexed position, shortening your anterior neck muscles
