Family history of Diabetes

Indian subcontinent;

Chinese Cultural background.

Diagnosed with gestational diabetes when pregnant.

Diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Disease.

Risk Factors you can change:

High blood pressure – talk to your GP.

Overweight – changing your diet and activity levels.

Limited or no physical activity – get moving, walk, jog, cycle.

Poor Diet – Increase vegies, decreased processed food.

Increased weight around your middle (belly button area) – get moving.
